Privacy notice
Effective 29 August 2026. SKOPA Cloud is an internal service operated by Livelink Aerospace. Questions or data-protection requests can be sent to skopa-support@livelinkaerospace.com.
Information we use
When you sign in, we receive your Google account identifier, primary email address, display name, verified-email status, and Workspace domain. Read-only Workspace directory synchronisation receives your Workspace user identifier, primary email, name, and account status. We do not request or read Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or message content.
If you choose to save a GitHub username, SKOPA stores it and requests that account's public SSH keys from GitHub only when you ask to list them. SKOPA stores only the public keys you choose to install; it does not request GitHub authorization, private keys, repositories, email addresses, or other GitHub account data.
SKOPA also records assigned roles, access decisions, sign-in information, security and administrative audit events, actions taken in the service, and internal content placed in the service by authorised users or systems.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate authorised personnel, administer least-privilege access, secure and audit the service, and carry out authorised internal work. Livelink Aerospace relies on its legitimate interests in operating and securing its internal systems and, where applicable, its employment or contractual obligations. We do not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling.
Google API data
The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Directory information is used only for SKOPA identity, access administration, and security.
Sharing and international processing
Information is available only to authorised Livelink Aerospace personnel and service providers needed to host, secure, or support SKOPA. We do not sell Google user data. Google processes authentication and Workspace API requests under its own terms. Providers may process information outside the United Kingdom; where required, Livelink Aerospace uses applicable safeguards.
Retention
Login-flow records and browser sessions expire automatically. Workspace identity and access records are retained while relevant to SKOPA; minimal records may be kept to prevent unauthorised reactivation and preserve audit integrity. Audit and internal content are retained only for applicable operational, security, contractual, or legal needs and deleted when no longer required.
Cookies
SKOPA uses only first-party cookies that are strictly necessary to complete Google sign-in, protect requests against forgery, and keep an authenticated session. SKOPA does not use advertising or behavioural-analytics cookies.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal information. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Access can be withdrawn by a SKOPA administrator.
Changes
We will update this notice when SKOPA's data use changes and will provide additional notice where a material change requires it.
